The band MISTER X represents itself remains of two fledgling (garage) bands - Oi! Bombers and Mister X itself. In the late nineties these bands, or to be more precise - just garage projects, had a bit of reputation among local audience. They didn't manage to make a record and pathetically broke up after playing only one gig. But the talent couldn't have its wings clipped that easily. And in 2002 Boris (ex-Oi! Bombers) and BanCar (ex-Mister X) met one time over a bottle of beer and decided to attract attention of the audience to Oi! music. After insurmountable efforts to find a bass-player and a drummer a new band proudly proclaimed themselves Mister X. They took some Oi! Bombers' songs and resumed their rehearsals. In 2003 they played their first gig, then next one and so on and so forth...
All the members of the band have turned down any political slogans within their creativity. Nevertheless every player has his own political views, which they evolve in different kinds of activities beyond the band. Please apply your attention to the fact that Mister X is NONPOLITICAL but 100% ANTIFASCIST & ANTIRACIST BAND! There are a lot of politically defined bands in Belarus, who sing about various urgent and vital problems, but there hadn't been anyone who sang about such ordinary things like beer, football, girls and fun until we appeared. There's time for Revolutions and time for Fun.

Mister X - "Punx & Skins Unite & Win (Demo EP)" (2005)
This demo was recorded after three-month absence at the rehearsal point. All the material was recorded at a semi-professional studio, where the sound producer didn't understand our needs, so everything was done basically from the very outset, therefore some parts sound warped and some back vocals are like a knee to the groin ( look like cats' shrieks in April). Beer flew like water in the studio. That's why different funny stories accompanied all the recording process. So the first album of belarussian Oi!/streetpunk music is recorded. Don't greet us with strident criticism. We promise that next time our approach will be more serious and professional. So for the time being we have only this CD. But confess, that you haven't even thought that in such backwoods (like Belarus) somebody would try to play Oi!/streetpunk?
